Yes, you will need to create a username and password in order to create an account. This login info will allow you to complete your return using our tax application, reaccess your account if you don’t complete your return all at once, and message our customer service agents for assistance.
Don’t worry if you forget your login information. You can retrieve your username and password by clicking on the “Did you forget your username or password?” links at the bottom of the Client Login page.
